RESOLUTION NO . 3466
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO . 3135
The Council of the City of Pal o Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
That the map of Tract No. 3135, Barkley Square, being a po rti on
of Ranc ho Rinco n De San Francisquito and lying within the City of
Palo Alto, California, dated December, 1961, prepared by Sidney R.
Mitche ll be and the same is hereby appro ved, s ubj ect to the sub -
divider's compliance with the following conditions:
(1) Gr an ting pu blic utilities easements as show n in
red and the owner's certificate should be amended
to designate their dedication.
That said Final Map shall n ot be recorded u ntil compliance with
the above conditions have been completed to the satisf acti on of the
City Engine er of the City of Pa lo Alto ;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets, portio ns of streets,
and the pedestrian walkway shown u pon said ma p within said sub-
division be an d the same here by are accepted as dedicated for p ublic
use, subject to the improvement of said streets and walkway in accord-
ance with sta ndar ds e stablished by the City Co uncil and City Engin eer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tha t public use ease ments fo r stor m
draina ge a nd public u tilities as o ffer ed for de dication in the
Owner's Certificate on said ma p are hereby accepte d as dedic ated
for public use as shown on sa id map as amen ded by the above condition
within said subdivision su ch strips of land to be kept clear and
fr ee of str uctur es as specified in said certifica te.
