RESOLUTION NO, 3459
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
EL CAMINO REAL
PROJECT NO. 61-1
RESOLVED, by the Cou ncil of the City of P alo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, pu rsu ant to Res ol ution No. 3327 of Preliminary D et ermination
and of Intention adopted by said Council on December 14, 1960, and its
Resolution calling for bids on the sale of bonds pu rsua nt thereto, notice
of said sale has teen duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the tim e and place fi xed th erein for receiving bide
fo r the pu rchase of said bonds, an d said bide have been received and pub-
licly opened, exam ined an d declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
That all written bids received for the purchase of said b onds,
ex cepting the bid here in stated, be, and they are hereby, reje ct ed, and
that said bonds be, a nd they a re hereby, ordere d sold to
CRUTTENDE N, PODESTA & CO.
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said s ale to be subject to all
of the te rms an d conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of said bonds
and in said accepted bid.
2. Tha t the Treasur er be, and he is hereby, directed to ha ve sa id
bonds printed forthw ith, and that the same he immediately signed, sealed
and delive red to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and u po n
the perform ance of the conditions contained in said wr itten offer.
3. Tha t the interest rate of said bonds be, and the sam e is hereby,
fix ed at the ra te stated in said bid.

copy of a resolutio n duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting the reof held on the
