Southwesterly line of El Cami no Real (State Highway) opp osite
Engineer's Statio n 144+27.00, as surveyed by the C alifornia
Division of Highways, as said So uthwesterly li ne was est ablished
by that Decree in C ondemnation, a certified copy of which De cre e
was filed for record in the office of th e R eco rd er of the C ounty
of Sa nta Clara, State of Calif ornia, on July 7, 1930, in Book
520 of Official Records at page 571; said m onument also m arks the
poin t of in tersecti on of said Southwesterly line with the S outh-
easterly line of that certai n 1289 acre tract of land des cribed
in the Deed from Evelyn C. Crosby, et al ., to Lela nd Stanford,
date d September 8, 1885, recorded September 8, 1885, in Book 80
of Deeds at pa ge 382, Santa Clara County Records; then ce along
said Sou theaste rly line of that 1289 acr e tract a nd its So uth-
we sterly prolon gation South 33 '14'40" West 4,494.10 feet; thence
leaving said prolongation North 71°50'13" West 1,360.54 feet;
