A RESOL UTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Pal o Alto, Califo rnia
tha t
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and she 1s hereby,
dir ected to call for bids for th e s ale of imp ro veme nt bonds to be
issued pu rsuant to Reeolution No. 3327 of Preliminary Deter minatio
and of Intention , adopted by this Council on Decembe r i4, 1960.
Sa id notice, in for m to be prepared by Wilson, Herzfeld, Jones &
Morton, shall be given by the Clerk causing c opies the reof to be
mailed to the v ar iou s banks an d bond houses i nterested in the pu r-
chase of su ch bo nds, at least ten days before said date .
2. The City will fu rnish the legal o pinion of the law firm
of Wilso n, Herzfeld, Jones & Morton , San Ma teo, California,
,u nqualifiedly approv ing the legality of the proceedings and the
issuan ce of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the' fore going is a fu ll, tru e and
correct copy of a resolution duly pass ed a nd adopted by the Counci:
of the City of Palo Alto, Californ ia, at a regular meeting ther eof
held on the 27th day of Novembe r, 1961, by the following vote of
