RESOLVED, by the Co uncil of the City of Pal o Alto, Califo rnia,

3362, a Resolu tion of Preliminary Dete rminatio n and of Intention
a dopted by this Cou ncil on February 27, 1961, as follows, to -wit:
is Change an d modify the property. to be acquired and im-
proved by substitu tin g the property described in Exhibit "A"
hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference, in plane of
that proposed to be acquired as Parcel 9-C.
2. The City Engineer shall change and modify the plans and
specifica tions a nd maps to reflect .the abpv e change, try eithe r
changing them on their face or by filing a men dments thereto.
3. MONDAY, the 8th day of ,.3anuLr y;, 1962, . ~t the hour
of 7:30 otclock P.M., in the r egula r meetin g place of said Council,
Coun cil Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, Californ ia, ar e hereby
fix ed as the time and pla ce when and wher e sa id Council will con -
sider the matter of making sa id changes and mo difications and
hearing all pro tests an d perso ns in terested the rein.
4. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this
resolution to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a news-
paper of gener a]. cir culation published in said City an d the paper
in w hich the Notice of Impro ve ment u nde r said Resolu tion of Pre-
liminary Determination and of Intention wa s pu blished, and shall
ma il or cause to be mailed copies thereof, postage prepaid, to all
persons ow ning real property within the boun darie s of the assess-
ent district, whose names and addresses appear on the last e qua l-
ized assessment roll or as kno wn to the Clerk, and to be posted
on or near the b ulletin board of the Council; said first publica-
tion, posti ng a nd mailing to
