RESOLUTION OF THt COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 3074
WHEREAS, the Plan ning Commission havi ng fou nd that facts
exist, as required by th e provisi ons of S ecti on 7.11 of the Sub-
div ision Or dinance (Ordinance No. 1316), to support a conditional
exception au thorizing lots of a size l ess than th e mi nimum pre-
scribed in said ordinance for the tract hereinafte r desc rib ed;
and
WHEREAS, the Pla nning Commission has approved the final map
of said Tract;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Cou ncil of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follow:: :
That the mop of Tract No. 3074, Greenmead ow U nit No . 3, being
Lot 7 a nd a po rtio n of Lot 8 of the J. J. Morris,Co's Subdivision
of the M. S. Loucks Tract within the City of Pa lo Alto, California,
dated Septembe r 1961, pr epared by George S. No lte be and the s ame
is hereby a pprov ed, su bject to the su bdivide r's c ompliance with the
following co nditions:
1. To in dicating dimen sions of the serv ice ov erhang
easements to the sa tisfaction of the City Electric
Div isio n.
That the said Final Map shall not be r ecorded until compliance
with the above condition s have been completed to the satisfa ctio n
of the., City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and portio ns of str ee ts
shown u pon said map within said subdivisio n be and the same here by
are accepted as dedicated for public use, su bject to the im provement
of said streets in accordan ce with standa rdE established by the
City Co uncil and City Engin eer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use: easeme nts fo r sto rm

drainage, str eet tre es a nd/or public utiliti es under, on or
over those certain strips of land offer ed for dedic atio n are
hereby accepted as dedicated for public use as shown on s aid map
as amended by the abo ve condition within said subdivision, su ch
strips of land to be kept ope n a nd free from buildings and str uc-
tur es of an y kind e xcept utility c ompany structures and l awful
fen ces, irrigation and spri nkli ng systems and appurten an ces
inciden tal thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vari ances f rom the setback 4
and/or sideyard require ments of the Setback O rdinance and th e
Zoning Ordinance in said Tract as approved by the Planning
Commission and as shown on that map entitled "Re cord of Variances
and Condition s thereof Grante d in Con junction with Subdi visi on
of Green meado w No . 3 Tract 3074" Palo Alto, California, a nd dated
November 10, 1961 prepared by Ge or ge S. Nolte, be and the s am e
hereby are approv ed as pro vided in Section 23.20 of th e Zoning
Ordinance.
