RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP 01 TRACT NO. 2898
The Council of the City of Pal o Alto do es RESOLVE as follows:
That the m ap of Tract No . 2898, Victoria Manor, b eing a po rti on
0 Lot 5 of the Santa Rita Ran cho, prepar ed by George S. Nolte,
4ia ted Dec ember , 1960, be and the same hereby is appro ved, subject
fito the subdivider's compliance with the f ollowing conditions:

1. Widening the public utilities eas ement along the
no rthw esterly line of lots 5, 6 and 7 to match the
line dividing Lots 1 and 10 of the adjoining sub-
division, fo r the purpose of aligning eas ements in
the two tra cts.
2. Changing own er's certificate to d escribe dedication of the
anchor easemen ts shown.
The said Final Map shall not be recorded u ntil compliance
with the abov e conditions have been completed to the s atisfacti on
of the City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto ;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha t all stre ets and porti ons of
streets shown upon said map within said subdivision be and the same
hereby ar e acce pted as dedicated for public use, su bject to the
improvemen t of said streets in accordan ce with standards establish ed
by the City Council and City Enginee r;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use easements for public
utilities on, over or thro ugh the strips of lan d lyin g between the
rear and/or sidelines of lots and the dotte d lines de signa ted "P.U.E."
(Public Utilities Easemen t). be and the sa me are hereby accepted as
dedicate d for public use, suc h easements to be kept open an d free
fr om buildings and structu res of any kind.
