RESOLUTION At PROVING FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO . 2867
The Council of the City of Palo Alt o does RESOLVE as f oll ows:
That the map of Tract No . 2867, being a subdivision of a
portion of Lot 54, C. M. Wooster Subdivisi on of the Clarke R anch,
located betwe en the stub -end of W ellabury Way and Metadero Canal,
prepared by John W. Riley, dated Dec embe r, 1960, be and the sane
hereby is appro ved, subject to the subdivid er's compli ance with
the followin g conditions:
1. Requ irin g sufficient fill in the propos ed subdivision
to pro vide ade qua te cover for sanita ry sew er lines.
2 Dedicatio n of a 5 -foot x 20 -f oot public utilities
easement at the n ortherly corner of Lot 8 es shown
ow 4the map'
That said Final Map shall no t be recorded until compli ance
with the abov e c onditions has been completed to the satisfactio n
of the City Engineer of the City of Pa lo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all stree ts, portions of streets
and pathways as sho wn u po n said map within sa id subdivision be
and the sa me hereby are accepted as dedica ted for public use,
subject to the improvement of said streets in accorda nce with
stan dards established by the City Counc il and City Engineer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use ease ments for public
u tilities under, on or o ver those cer tain strips of lan d lying
between the rear and/or side lines of lots and the dashe d lines
eac h designate d "P.U. E." (Public Utilities Ease .ent), and easemen ts
for wire ov er han g pur poses only ov er those certain areas de signated
and delin eated as " W. O. E. " (Wire Over hang Ea semen ts) be and the
same her eby are accepted for public use. Public Utility Ea semen ts
to be kept fr ee an d clear of buildings and structures of an y kind
except la wful fences and utility company str uctu res. Wire Overhang

Easements to be limited to building, structures and appu rtenances
thereto which have a maxim um height of fifteen feet above the grade
of the ground line of poles.
