RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, C alifo rnia,
tha t the Commercial officer of said Cl.ty be, and he is h er eby,
appoin ted as the person to whom payment of assessments shall be
made u nder Resolution. No. 3327 of Prelimi nary Determination and of
In ten tion adopte d by this Council on Decembe r 12, 1960, and that
his office in the City Hall, Palo Alto, California, is her eby
design ated as the pla ce at which the said payments will be made,
a nd the Superin ten dent of Streets is hereby reli eved of all
responsibility in conn ection w ith collecting s aid assessme nts.

c orrect copy of a resolution du ly passed and adopted by the Cou ncil
of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on
