A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
EL CAMINO REAL
PROJECT NO . 61-1
RESOLVED, .y the Council of the City of P alo Alto, C alifor nia,
that
WHEREAS, the total estimated assessment under Resolutio n No .
3327 of Pr elimina ry Determinati on and of Intention, adopted
December 12, 1960, w as $130,494.75, and after obt aining revis ed
acquisition costs fro m the State of Califo rnia, said total assess-
men t m ay be redu ced.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the total ass ess-
ment be, an d it is her eby, reduced to $94,435 .60, and that e ach of
the individua l assessments be redu ced by its pro rat a sh ar e of the
difference between said assessments, which cha nge sh all be made by
the filing of a revise d a ssessment.
