RESOLDED,'by the Council of the City of Pal o Alto, Cali-
forn ia, that it is hereby pr eliminarily d et ermined that the
public interest, con venience and necessity require, and that
it is the inte ntion of this Council to mak e ce rtain cha ng es and
modifications in the.proceedinga had pursuant to Resoluti on No .
3231, adopted by this Council on July 27, 1960 , as follows:
Change an d m odify the boundaries of the assaaam ent
district, the assessment and assesamentyfilijvgam to i nclude the
property shown on Exhibit 't." attached hereto and made a part
her eof by referen ce w ithin the ,boundaries of the assessment

Chambers, City Hall, Palo Alto, Californ ia, are hereby fix ed as

further complia nce with the Special Asse ssmen t Investigation,

it will c onsider and finally act upon the matter of makin g said
changes and modifications, an d when an d where it will hear all
protests in relatio n thereto. Any perso n inter ested may appear
at said time and plac e before the Council and o bject to an y of
the matters and things herein se t forth.

he published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper of
gen eral ci rculation published in said City, and cause a copy
there of to be posted near the Co uncil Chamber door, and to be
mailed to each owner of property within the territo ry proposed
,to be adde d to said district, the first of which publicati ons
'and said posting and mailing shall be at least ten days befo re
the day set for hearing.
