NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolv ed by the Cou ncil of the City of
Palo Alto;
Section 1. That pursu ant to the "Annex atio n of Uninhabited
Territory Act of 1939" the Coun cil of the City of Palo Alto hereby
giv es notice of said property ann ex ation.
