A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
PROTESTS IN' MELAT'I'ON - T6PROPC1 ACQUISITIONS
AND/ORIMPROMMENTS, AND DIRECTING NOTICE

`RESOLVED, by the Council Of the City of P alo Alto, Cali-
forn ia, that
WHEREAS, pursu ant to Resolutio n No . 3327 of Pr elimina ry
Determination and of In tention adopted on December 12, 1960, by
the Co uncil of said City, pursuant to the P alo Alto Improvement
Procedur e Code, the City Engineer of said City has filed with the
City Clerk of this City the w ritten report called for unde r said
Code and by said Resolu tion of Pr eliminary Determi nation and of
Intention w hich report has been presented by said Clerk to this
Council tor consider ation, and this Council has considered and
pr eliminarily appr oved a nd confir med said repor t an d ordered that
the sam e stand as the report for the purpose of all subsequent
proceedings had pursuan t to sa id Re solution of Preliminar y Deter-
mination and of Intention.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Monda y, the 13th day of
February, 1961, at the ho ur of 7:30 o'clock P. M. in the regular
meetin g place of said Council, City Hall, Palo Alto, Califo rnia ,
be, and the sam e are her eby, appointed and fix ed as the time a nd
pla ce w hen and where the Council will co nsider and finally deter-
mine whether the public in terest, conv enience and necessity
requir e the acqu isition s and/or impro vemen ts an d when and where
it will co nsider and fina lly act upon the Engin eer's Repo rt under
said Resolutio n of Prelimina ry Determination and of In tention.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk of this City be,
and she is he reby, directed to give notice of said hearing by
