A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT

STREET LIGHTING FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the Co uncil of the City of Palo Alt o, C ali-
orn ia:, that
WHEREAS, the City Manager did on th e 20th day of January,
.1961, publicly open, ex amine and declar e all sealed pr oposals
or bids for the stree t lighting facilities, as d esc rib ed a nd
specified in the proceedings had pursuant to Resol utio n N o. 327E
of Preliminary Determinatio n and of Intention adopted by this
Co uncil. on September 26, 1960, as pr opo sed to be modified p ur-
suant to Resolution No. 3312 of Prelimin ary Determination a nd
of In tention to Make Changes an d M odifications adopted by this:
Cou ncil on December 12, 1960, an d said Man ager reported on ail
bids to the Council. ,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Cou ncil hereby rejects all of said proposal:

mater ials, supplies and equipmen t necessary there for , to the
lowest respon sible bidder, to -wit:

make and en ter in to a written contra ct with said su ccessful
bidder, and to receive and approv e all bonds in conn ectio n

said City.
