RESOLUTION NO . 3331
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
EMBARCADERO ROAD EAST OF BAYSHORE
PROJECT NO. 59-11
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursua nt to Resolution No. 3236 of Preliminary
Deter mina tion an d of Intention, adopted by said Council on
Ju ly 11, 1960, as amen ded, and its Resoluti on c alling for bids
on the sale of bonds pu rsuant ther eto, adopted on Decembe r 12,
1960, notice of said sale has been d uly give n;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therei n fo r
re ceiving bids for the pur chase of said bonds, and said bids ha ve
been received and publicly open ed, examined and decla red by this
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all wr itten bids receive d for the purchase of said
bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rejected, an d that sa id bon ds be, and they are her eby, ordered.

is hereby, fixed at the ra te stated in said bid.
