A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
F00THILLS ANNEXATION NO . 2 SANITARY SEWERS

RESOLVED, by t he Cou ncil of the City of Yalo Alto, Califo rnia
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3230 of Prelimi nary
Determ ination and of Intention, adopted by said C ouncil on J une I
27, 1960, an d its Resolution calling for bids on th e sal e of b onds
pursuant thereto, adopted on December 12, 1960, notice of said

WHEREAS, this is the time an d place fi xed the rein for receiv-1
ing bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids ha ve been 1
receiv ed and publicly opened, exam ined and decla red by this Council
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, e xceptin g the bid nerein stated, be, an d they are hereby,
rejected, and that said bon ds be, and they ar e her eby, ordered so1dl

as the n ghest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject1
to all of the terms and con ditions set forth in the No tice of Sale 1

of said bonds an d in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasu rer be, and he is hereby, directed to
nave said bonds pr in ted fo rthwith, and that the same be immediatel
signed, se aled and delivered to said bidder on receipt of tne

amou nt therefor an d upon the performance of tne condition s contain -j
ed in said written offer.
3. Tha t the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
