Alto did, in open aeeaion, on the 10th day of August,
1925, publicly open, exami!1e and declare all sealed
proposals or bids :for aoirig the work and improvement
in said City, as described in Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 426 of the Counci1 of said City, adopted
on the 13th day of July, 192b, wnicn Resolution of
Intention is nereby expressly referred to, for
particulars, it is nereby
RBSOLVBD, that said City Council nereby
rejects all of f;nid propose.ls or bids except that
hereinafter mentioned. and hereby awards the contract
for doing said work nnd making said improvement to
the loweet regular responsible oidder, to-wit;
Warren Construction Company, a corporation, at tile
prices named in its bid, t0-w1t:
