WHEREAS, the Counoil of the City of Halo Alto did, on the 13th d91 of July, 19~6, pass 1ta Resolution o:f' Intention Bo. 426, to order tht hereinafter deaoribad work to be done and improve- ment to be made in said City, which Reeolution of Intention wae dul1 and legally published in the time, m•rll'.ler and fo:zm ae required by the Improve- ment Aot of 1911, ae appears from the affidavit of Lora c. Benning, Pr1nc&pal Clerk of the printer end publisher o! the Daily ialo Alto Times, now orj file in the offic.,e of the Clerk of eaid oi t;y; and WHEREAS, notices of the paeeage of said Resolution of Intention ioe 426, headed "Notioe of Improvement", were dul7 and legally poeted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement, and on and &long eaoh and every open street and highway in the assessment dietriot described in eaid Resolution of Intention. in time. form. manner and number ae required, after the passage o:r eaid Resolution of Intention, ae appears from the a!:tida.vit of c. L. Dlacker, who personally posted the same, and who, upon the completion of tne posting of said notioee forth- w1 th filed aaid affidavit in the uffice of the City Clerk. making oath that he completed the posting of aaid notices on the 17th day of July, 1926; and, WHEP~AS, all protests or objections presented n~ve been heard and diepoeed of in time, manner ~nd form as required by law: NOW, THEREFORE, this Council finda that the foregoing recital of facte 18 true and th~t it haa acquired jurisdiction to order the work done, and the Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows: That the public interest and con- venience require the work herein deeoribed, and the Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby orders the i'ollowing work to ·be done e.Jld improvement to be made in said city, to-wit: Seotion l.
