Benni:og~ Frincipal Clerk of tne printer and publisher of the Daily Palo Alto Times, now on file in the offioe of the Clerk of said City; and WHEREAS noticea of the passage of said F.esoJ.ution of Intention No. 42.2, headed "Notice of Improvement". were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work e.nd improvement. and on and &long eaoh and every open street and highwa1 in the aeeesement dietriot described in said Resolution ot Intention~ in time, form, manner and number as required. after the paeaage ot said Resolution of Intention, ae appears from the affidavit of c.
