RESOLVE», by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto that the foregoing agreement
of the Warren Brothers Co~pany be accepted for
the work of improving University A?enue between
the Circle a.nd Middlefield Road, in accordance
with Reeclution of Intention ~o. 42&.
The above and fore0o ing resolution
was duly adopted ~1 the Council of the City of
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on the 13th
day of July, 1926, by the foll~wing vote:
