RESOLVED by the City Counc i1 of the
City of Palo Alto, State of California, that

damages and have general supervision of the
work of opeuing an alley in Block llo. 13, by
publication of such notice in the marmer and
fonn required by law, for ten days in the Daily

published and circulated in said city, and
hereby deeign&ted for that purpose, requiri~
