RESOLVED by the City Oouno11 ot the
Cit~ of Palo Alto, State of California, that
the Clerk of this oity council be and he hereby
ie authori:zed. and direoted to give notice of'
the filing of the report of the oommiaaioners
heretofore appointed by this oi.ty oounoil by
Resolution No. 3 of Series of 1923, to aaaese
the benef1 ts and damages and have ge:oo ral
supervision o! the work of widening Embarcadero
Road in the City of Palo Alto from the north-
easterly line of the State Highway to the right
of way of the Southern ~aoifio Compan71 and to
acquir~ and open a etri~ of land along the
State Highway trom the southeasterly line of
UniverBity Avenue to the northwesterly line of
Churchill Avenue for sidewalk purposes, by
publication of euoh notioe in the manner and
fonn required by law, for ten days, in the
Daily £alo Alto Times, a daily newspaper
printed, published and circulated in said oity,
and hereby designated for that purpose, re-
qui~ing all persons intereetPd to show cause,
1f sny, on or before Monday .. tie 2!>th day of I.Cay,
1925, at 8 p. m., why said report should not
be confirmed, before aaid City Council.
