L. Said clerk is also 1net:ru.cted to publish twicet a notice inviti~ euch propoesle, and referring to the apeoif1oatione posted or on file in the Daily Palo Alto T1mee, a daily newspaper published and circulated in said city and nereby designated for that purpose.
