All of said work on said streets and
avenues hereto~ore described is to be done in
accord•mc:e with the plans and profiles on file
in the offic(i of the City Engineer. and the
plans and specLfj.cat1ons on file in the oi'flce
of the C1 ty Clerk for the construction of stonn
water sewers, said specifications having been
adopted by the Boa.rd of .Public Works tJ.t its
meetir:g held en 'the :?4th day of J!'ebr..tar:;, : 925,
and by thi.a Council on the 9th day of L:..arch,
1925, and t.ereby refer:red to as the plans and
specifications for this work. and the same are
~ereby dcclartd to be so referred to as and for
a further and more particular dezcription of
eaid work.
Uotice is hereby given thnt on
~onday. the 30th day of ~arch, 1926, at the
hour of 8 o'clock p.rn., b1 the Co1lnc1l Chamber
of the Council of said Citj' of Palo Al to, an:;
end all persons having s.ny objections to the
p:ropoaed work or improvement m~y appear before
suid Council and show cause wh7 said proposed
work and friprovement should not be carried out
in accordance with this reoolution.
The City Clerk shall cause this
~esolution of Intention to be published twice,
eacces8ive ineertiona, in the Daily inlo Alto
'rirr:es, a daily news~.i1iper of general circulation,
published and circulated in said City. and
hereby dcri;nated for that purpose by this
Co1incil.

of the passage of this Resolution of Intention

All of the heroin oroncsed work shall
be done in pursuance of an n~t ~f the Legislature
of the State of California., designated, n1m-
'Provement \ct of 1911," approved April 7. 1911,
and oorendmente thereto.
l hereby Cf.:rt.ify that the above a11d
:ro rego:i.ng resolution of intention was dul;:r and
