l. ·'.rlu1t the City Treasurer of the City
of ialo Alto is hereby authorized to invest
the S\un of ~20,000.00 of city funds in the
pure base of sewer and wa. ter bond.a o:r 1923 of
said city and to carry ea.id bor.de in lieu of
cash in sa.1.d oitJ funds, the snid awn o!
~20,000.00 to be used for the extension of
sewers on s~reets to be improved.
2. That the City Treasurer o! Pa.lo
Al to is hereb~r uu thorized to invest the sum
of $15,000.00 of city funds in the purchase
of sewer and water bonds of 1923 of aaid
city and to carry aaid bonds in lieu of cash
in S9.id city funds, the eaid eum <.'f ~16,000.00
to be uaed for the purchase and installation
of water mr.i.:ina.
The nbove and foregoing resolation
was duly puescd on tho 12th day of Januaryt
