The Council of the City of ialo Alto do resolve as follows: That it is the intention of said council to order th~ :following work to be done, to-wit: That an alley 1n the southwesterly half of Elook 30 and the northeasterly half of Block 20 of the City of Palo Alto be opor1ed, and the neceseary land acquired for thie purpose in order to extend and complete the alley in ea.id blocks.
