The Council of the City of ialo Alto do resolve
as follows:
That it is the intention of said council
to order th~ :following work to be done, to-wit:
That an alley 1n the southwesterly half
of Elook 30 and the northeasterly half of Block
20 of the City of Palo Alto be opor1ed, and the
neceseary land acquired for thie purpose in order
to extend and complete the alley in ea.id blocks.
The ~and n~oeaaary and convenient to be
taken for said purpose, snd which this Counoil
intends to take t'he:refor, consists of the follow-
ing described parcels of land ly1rtg i:n as.id eouth-
weeterly half of Block 30 and the northe~oterly
half of Block 20, to-wit:

line of Lytton Avenue, distant thereon 102.5 feet
northeasterly from the point o! intersection of

line of Waverley Street; thence southeasterly and

feet to the northeasterly line of Waverley Street,
