be done in pu.rsuan,~e of a.n a.ct of the Legj.slature
of the State of California, designated the
"Ir.:provement .\ct of 1911". approved. ..tpril 7,
1911. and ar.:endrr.:eritl3 thereto. That certain
resolution of intention adopted on the 15th
day of September, 1924, relating to said 1m-
provemente is hereby repealed.
