The City Council of the City of ?a.lo Al to
do resolve as follows:

area to provide Bide yard spe.ce and light, air
and fire protection for said library building;

of a strip of lai1d herelnafter described, as a
public improvement for oaid citJ to provide side

further finds and deterr!'linea that the property
hereinafter described is necessary therefor and
that it is located in the manner wh1oh will be
moat c ompat:Hile with the greatest public good
and the leaat possible injury.

eouthweJterly along said southeasterly
line of Hamilton Avenue, 12~ feet; thence
so11theaetcrly and parallel with Bryant
Street 100 feet; thence northeasterly and

Bryant Street 100 feet to the point of
commencement, the same 'being the north-

The above and foregoing resolution was duly
passed by the Council of the City of .Pe.lo Alto at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of January,
