RESOLUTION NO. 3326
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON
SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
EMBARCADERO ROAD EAST OF BAYSHORE
PROJECT NO . 59-11
RESOLVED, by the Cou ncil of the City of Palo Alto, Cali-
fornia, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby,
dire cted to call for bids for the sale of impro vem ent bonds to he
issu ed pur suant to Resolution No. 3236 of Preliminary Det ermi na-
tion and of In tention adopted by this Co uncil on J uly 11, 1960.
Said notice in form to be prepa red by Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfel ,:
& Wallace, shall be giv en by the Cler k causing copies the reof
be mailed to the variou s ba nks and bo nd houses inter ested in the
purchase of su ch bonds at least ten days before said date.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law
of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, San Mateo , California,
unqualifiedly appr oving the le3aiity of the proceedings and the
issuance of said bo nds.
