A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON
SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
FOOTHILLS ANNEXATION NO. 2 SANITARY SEWERS
PROJECT NO . 59-10
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Cali-
for nia, that
1. The City Clerk of s aid City be, and she is hereby,
0.rected to call for bids for the s ale of imp rovement bo nds to be
issued pu rsuan t to Resolu tion No. 3230 of Preli minary Determination
tn d of, Intention a dopted by this Council on Ju ne 2, 1960 . S aid
,potice in form to be prepared by Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld &
Wallace , shalli be given by the Cler k causing c opies there of to be
na iled to the various ba nks and bon d hou ses interested in the pu r-
kha se of su ch bonds at least ten da ys be fore sa id date .
2. The City will furn ish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Kirkbride,'Wilson, Harzfeld & Wa llace, San Mateo, Californi a,
unqualifiedly appr oving the legality of the proceedings and the
issuan ce of said bonds.
