RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF
TRACT NO . 2613
The Council of the City of Palo Alto d oes RESOLVE as follows:
That the m ap of Tract No. 2613, Palo Alto Hills, being a
subdiv ision of a portion of the lands of Ruth Mullen Schnell,
Jea nne tte Mullen and Pete r Mullen in the Rancho El Corte de Made ra
prepared by George S. N olte, dated October 1959, be and the same
hereby is approv ed, subject to the s ubdivider's c omplia nce with
the following conditio ns:
1. Obtaining all necessa ry utility and sewer easeme nts
required to serv e the tract.
2. Street rights of way shall be a ugme nted by addition
of slo pe easements to be gra nt ed wher e c ut or fill
slopes exten d beyon d the right of way limits.
3. Dedication and improveme nt of 50 -fo ot street, with
5 -foot pla ntin g and walkway easements on both sides,
through entire fzontage of lots in subdi vision.
4. All Deed restrictio ns (one of which will increase
se tbacks by 5 feet) shall be en dorse d on and m ade
a part of the final ma p.
The said Fin al Map shall no t be recor de d until complia nce
with the a bo ve conditio ns has been completed to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and por tions of streets
shown u pon said map within said subdivision be and the same hereby
are ac cepted as dedicate d for public u se, su bject to the improve ment
of sa id streets in accordance with standards esta blished by the
City Council and City Engineer ;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public u se easements for public
utilities, sanitary or storm sewers over, on or thro ugh the strips
of la nd lying be twe en the fron t and/o r sidelines of lots and dotted
lin e an d/or parallel dotted lines designated " P.U.E." (Public
Utilities Easemen t), "S.S.E" (Sanitary Sewer Easemen t) and "S.D. E"
(Storm Drainage Easemen t) be and the same are he reby a ccepte d as
de dica ted fo r public u se, su ch easemen ts to be ke pt open an d free
from buildings andstructures of any kin d.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that easements for wire clearance
purposes o nly over those certain ar eas deli neated and desig nated
"Wire Clea ranc e E as em ent" or "W.C.E.". Wire Clear ance Eas em ents
to be limited to buildi ngs, str uctures or appu rt en ances thereto
w hich have a maximum height of fitee n feet ab ove g rade at the
ground line of poles be a nd the s ame hereby ar e accepted as dedi-
cated for pu blic use.

indicated " S.E" an d Planting and Walkway e as ement as sh own be a nd
the same here by are accepted as dedicated for public us e.
