RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 2684
The Council of the City of Palo Alt o d oes RESOLVE as follo ws:
That the map of Tract No . 2684, C orpo ration W ay, being a p ortion
of the 8.027 Acre Parcel shown on the Rec ord of Survey filed in
Book 92 of Maps, Page 38, S ant a Clara C ounty Records, prep ared by
George S. Nolte dated May 1960, be and the same hereby is approved,
su bject to the subdivider's compli ance with the pro visio ns set forth
in Engineering Pulletin No. 60-86.
That said Fina l Ma p shall not be rec ord ed u ntil c ompliance
with the above conditions ha s been completed to the satisfaction
of the City Engin eer of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and portio ns of streets
shown upon said map within said subdivision be and the sam e her eby
are ac cepted as de dicated for public use, subject to the improveme nt
of said streets in acco rdance with stan dards established by the
City Council and City Engineer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that public use easements for
public u tilities as shown on, over or through the strips of land
lying between the rear and/or sidelines designated "P. U. E. "
(Public Utilities Easements) be and the same her eby ar e a ccepted
as dedicated for public u se, such easements to be kept open and
fr ee from buildings a nd stru ctures of any kind.
