RESOLUTION ORDERING WEED NUISANCE ABATED
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, that:
WHEREAS, p ursuant to Resol uti on No . 3305 of this Council
ordering same, notice has bee n duly gi ve n that this is the time
an d place set for the he aring of objections to the proposed des-
truction or removal of weeds; and
WHEREAS, all persons interested were gi ve n an opportu nity to
be heard, an d all matters pert aini ng to said destr uction or remo val
of weeds were fully heard and considered by this C ouncil, a nd no
objections have been receiv ed;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the City Engine er sh all
abate: such pu blic n uisan ce of weeds, as declared in Res ol ution No.
3055, by havin g said weeds destr oyed or removed, a nd any property
ow ner shall have the right to destroy or remove such we eds hims elf,
or have the same destroyed or remov ed at his o wn expense, provided
that such weeds shall hav e been re move d prior to the arrival of the
City Engineer or his a uthorized represen tative to remove them.
