RESOLUTION NC. 3307
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
SAN ANTGNIC AVENUE
PROJECT NO. 59-4
RESOLVED, by th e Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of th e project e nde r
Resolution of Preliminary Determination a nd of I ntentio n
No. 327E adopted by the Council of said City on September 26,
1960, was $628,065. 00 an d following the opening of bids
therefor, said estimate may be reduced to $592,140.28 .
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the City
En gineer reduce eac h of the assessm ents levied on th e basis
of frontage on two twelv e -foo t (12') driving lanes and one
N ight -foot (A') parking lane a long San Antonio Avenu e by a
pro rata share of the amoun t of difference between said
stima tes, which chance may either he made on the face of the
assessmen t or by i_. l. in n a mendmon t thereto.
