A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
FOOTHILLS ANNEXATION NO. 1-A
SANITARY TRUNK SEWERS AND WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
RESOLVED, by the C ouncil of the City of Pal o Alt o,
Californ ia, that the Comme rical Officer of said City, be, and he
.s hereby, appointed as the person to whom payment of assessments
shall be ma de under Resolutio n No. 3231 of Prelimi nary Dete rmi-
nation and of intention adopted by this Council on July 27, 1960,
pand that his office in the City Hall, Palo Alto, California, is
Lhereby .designa ted as the place at which the said payments will be
;made, and the Superintendent of Streets is h ereby relieved of al].
(responsibility in connection w ith collecting said assessments.
