A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOOTHILLS ANNEXATION NO. I -A
SANITARY TRUNK SEWERS AND WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
PROJECT NO. 59-1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alt o, C alif-
' ornia, that
WHEREAS, the City Man age r did on the ith day of No vemb er,
19o0, publicly open, examine and decl are all sealed proposals or
bids for the work to be done and impro vements to be made, as
described and specified in Resolutio n No . 3231 of P relim:i.nary
Determination and of Intention adopted by this Council on July 2i,
1900, to which Resolution reference le hereby made 1'or a desc rip-
tio n of the work and im pr ovements to be done and
the materials,
supplies an d equipment to be furnished therefor, and said City
