WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the preot u nder Res olution
.of Inteition No. 3213, adopted by said C omoilon April 25, 1960
ti $160,190.20, of which the City was to contribute $33,192.98,

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, OA follows:
1. Tha t the total estimated cost of the project be reduced
to $154,575.95, of which the City shall contribute $32,198. 23, the
pro ceeds of the E bon ds of the pa rking distr ict will pa y $19,319.24
a nd the bala nce of $103,057.48 shall be assessed on a spe cific lien
basis against the district benefited, accor ding to the sa me former-
ly used in the spreading of the specific lien assessmen ts on the
o riginal estimate.
2. The maps an d descr iptions of lan ds and ea sements to be
acquir ed are her eby modified to delete the a cquisition of Parcel
No. 1, as desc ribed in the Engineer 's Repo rt.
3, Modify the proceedings to correct s ub -parag raph (c) of
Pa ragraph I ACQUISITIONS to substit ute the wo rd "center" in plac e
of the word "oute r".
