RESOLUTION NO. 3245
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
WEST CHARLESTON ROAD
PROJECT NO. 59-9
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Ci*y of Palo Alt o, California, that
WHEREAS, pu rsuant to Resolutio n of Intentio n No . 3176 ad opt ed by s aid
Council on De cember 14, 1959, and its Resoluti on oalli ng for bids on the
sa le of bonds adopted pursuant thereto, notice of s aid sale h as bee n
duly giv en ;
WHEREAS, this is the time and pla ce fixed th erei n for receiving bids
for the pu rchase of sa id bonds, and said bids have bee n recei ved and p ub-
licly opened, examined and declar ed by this Cou ncil;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT I3 ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids re ceived for the purchase of s aid b onds,
excepting the bid herein stated, be, an d they are hereby, rejected and
that said bonds be , and they ar e hereby, ordere d so ld to

as the highest responsible bidde r therefor, said sa le to be subject to
all of the terms an d con ditions set forth in the No tice of Sale of said
bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Trea surer he, a nd he is hereby, dir ected to hav e sa id
bo nds pr inted for thwith, and that the same be imme diately s igned, sea led
a nd deliv ered to sa id bidder• on re ceipt of the amount ther efor and upon
the performance of the conditions con tain ed in sa id wr itten offer.
3. Tha t the interest r ate of said bonds be, and the same 1s here by,
fixed at the rate sta ted in said bid.

copy of a Resolution duly passed a nd adopted by th e City C ouncil of the
City of Palo Alto , California, at a reg ular me eting thereof held on the
25th day of July, 1960, by the following vote of th e members ther eof:
