RESOLUTION APP OVINO FIB. MAP 09 TAT NO. 1971
The Council of the City of Pal o Alto do es RESOLVE as follows:
That the map of Tra ct No. ].971 Ion a V erde Estates, Being a
po rtion of Lot 78 of the C. M. Wooster Subdivision in the City of
Palo Alto, County of Banta Cl ara, State of Calif ornia, p repared by
Do n Eeinoehl, dated May, 1960, be and the same hereby is appr oved,
su bject to the eubdivider'a c ompliance.with the pro visions set forth
in Engineering Bulletin No . 60.45.
That said Final Map shall not be recorded until compliance
with the abov e conditions has be en completed to th e s atisfaction
of the City Engineer of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all streets and portions of str eets
sho wn upon said map within sa id subdivision be and the same hereby
are acce pted as dedicated for public use, subject to the imp ro vement
of sa id streets in accordan ce with standards esta blished by th e
City Council and City Engineer:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that public use easements for public
utilities, sanitar y or storm se we rs ove r, on or through the strips
of land lying betw een the front and/or sidelines of lots and dotted
lines and/or paralle l dotted lin es de signate d " P. U. E." such ease ments
to be kept o pe n and fre e from buildin gs and stru ctures of any kind.
Introduced and passed at a r egula r meeting of the Council of the
City of Palo Alto , on Monda y the 11th da y of ,g1,4y , 1960, by:
