Sec tion 1. It is the i nte ntion of tit i "Ct hi cil to vacate
that portio n of the street k no wn as Pepper ittlei`"in th e City
of Palo Alto, described as follo ws:
BINFINSINC at A point upon the southeasterly
line of Pepper Av enue (30 feet wide) said
point being also the most northerly co rn er

Sunnyside Additio n, recorded February 28, 1905

Section 2. Charles 0. Harris shall pay all costs in co n-
nection with this va cation procee ding.

at 7:30 p. m., Council Cha mbe rs, City Hall, Pa lo Alto, Californ ia,
is set as the time an d pla ce of hearing wher e and when any person
hav ing an inter est in such pro ceedings may a ppear and pr esent
evidenc e either for or a ga inst such vac ation .
Section 4. The Cler k is directed to publish a c opy of this
reso lution in the Palo Alto Times twice prior to the date of the
hearin g.

po st notices of str eet va cati on c onspi cu ously along the line
of the part of Peppe r St reet describ ed in Section 1 at least
10 days befo re the he aring, posting no more tha n 300' apart
a nd a minimum cu mber of thr ee. Such notices shall recit e the
passage of this resolution a nd set o ut the tim e and pl ace of
the hea ring.
