WEIRRAS,.On June 13, 1960, this Co uncil adopted its
Resolu tion No. 3223, A Resolution of Preli minary Deter minatio n
and of Inten tion to Make Changes a nd Modifications unde r Resol ution
No . 2381, A Resolution of Preliminary Deter mination adopted
October 27, 1952, and Resolutio n No. 2411, A Resolution of
Intention, adopted March 2, 1953, wherein it did preli minarily
determ ine that the public inter est, convenience a nd nec,esity re -
c uire, an d that it intends to o rder certa in changes and modifi-
ca tions therein particularly deecribed7

WHEREAS, no person s inter ested appeare d or file d written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all per-
sons desirin g to be hear d were given an opportunity to be heard,
a nd allm atters and things per ta ining to said cha rges and mo difi-
ca tions were fu lly heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
1. That all protests an d objections be, a nd they are
hereby ov er ru led.
2. That the public inte rest, co nve ni ence and necessity
r equire said ch ang es and modificatio ns as set forth in Res ol utio n
No. 3223, A R esol ution of P reli mina ry Determin ation and of
Inte ntion to Make Cha nges and Modificati ons.
3. That said changes and modific ations are he reby ordered
to be m ade a nd had, all as more particula rly set forth in said
Resolution No. 3223.
