RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING TERRITORY
INCLUDED IN GARDEN TERRACE. ANNEXATIONS
1-A, 2 AND 3 FROM FREMONT FIRE DISTRICT
The Co uncil of the City of Palo Alto RESOLVES as follows:
Se ction 1. A portio n of the p roperty included in the
Fremont Fire District has been annexed to the City of Pal o Alto
in the co urse of Garden Terrace A nnexati ons 1-A, 2 and 3. Said
portion is in the County of Santa Cl ara, Stat e of Californi a,
and described in thr oe parc els a■ foll ows:

Tract No . 1062, Garden Park Terrace, a m ap of
