RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 2762
The Coun cil of th e City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as f ollows:
That the map of Tract No. 2762, being a p orti on of L ot 25
Block 6, Seale Tract No. 5 in the City of Palo Alto, County of
Santa Clara , State of California, prep ared by George S. N olt e,
dated Apr il, 1960, be and the same hereby is app roved, subject to
the subdiv ider's compliance with the provisions set forth in
Engineerin g Bulletin No. 60-36.
That said Fina l Ma p shall not be reco rd ed u ntil complia nce
with the above conditions ha s been completed to the satisfacti on
of the City En gineer of the City of Palo Alto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all stre ets and po rtio ns of streets
shown upo n said map within said subdivision be and the same h ereby
are a ccepted as dedicate d for public use, subject to the improvement
of said streets in accor dance with standards esta blished by the
City Coun ..i1 an d City Engine er:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pu blic use easemen ts for public
utilities, sa nitary or storm sew er s o ver, on or throu gh the strips
of land lying between the front a nd/or sidelines of lots and dotted
lines an d/or pa ra llel dotted lines de signated "P. U.E." such easements
to be kept open and free from buildin gs and struc ture s of an y kind.
