RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
PALO ALPO ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY ST1UUPPS. •
WHEREAS, a memor an dum of agreement has bee n p rese nted to be
entered into with the State of California in acc ord ance with a
project statement submitted by the City of Pale Alto
for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to cities fo r the
fiscal year 1460. .61, an d
WHEREAS, the city council has :ward read said ag ree ment in
full an d is familiar w ith the con ten ts thereof;
THEREFORE, be it r esolv ed by the pity coun cil of the City of
Polo Alto
that sa id pr ojeot statement be a nd
it is her eby adopted as the bu dget of proposed expen ditures of
the gas tax allocation to citie s, an d said agreement be a nd the
same is he reby appr oved an d the ma yor an d the city clerk a re
directe d to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreemen t
to be bin ding upon the City upon its execution by the au thorised
officials of the Sta te.
