RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PALO MO ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
OAS TAX ALLOCAT/OK FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS.
WHEREAS a m�eeinora n � eat
er ag�bment has bee n p resented to be
entered into with the Sta te of California in accorda nce with a
project statemen t submitted by the City of Palo Alto
for e xpenditur e of the gas tax allo cation to citi es f or the
tisaal year 1959-6O, an d
WHEREAS, the city council has :war d rea d said agreeme nt in
fu ll and is fa miliar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city co uncil of the City of
Palo Alto that said pr oject sta tement be and
it is hereby adopte d as the budget of proposed ex penditure s of
the gas ta x allocation to cities, and sa id agreement be a nd the
same is hereby approv ed and the mayor an d the city cler k ar e
directed to sign the same on behalf of sa id City, said agreem ent
to be bin din g upon the City upon its ex ecution by the a uthorised
officials of the State.
