RESOLUTION NO. 3214
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OP ASSESSMENTS
WEST CHARLESTON ROAD
PROJECT NO. 59-9
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Califor nia , that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of th e project unde r Resolution
of Inte ntion No. 3176, adopted by the Council of said City on
December 14, 1959, was $130,421 .81, of which the City was to
contr ibute $48,165.85, an d following the orde ring of changes and
modifications pur suant to Resolution No . 3192, adopt ed Febru ary 8,
1960, and following the opening of bids f or th e work, th e portion
of assessm ents levied for impro vements may be reduced by 14.147%;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the City Engi-
neer reduce ea ch of said improvement assessments by s aid p erce nt-
age, w hich chan ge shall be m ade on the face of the assessme nt.
