A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
WEST CHARLESTON ROAD
PROJECT NO. 59-9
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, C alif or nia,
tha t
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3192 of this Co uncil order
in ;3 s ame, adopted on February 8, 1960, noti ce has been d uly give n o
the intention of this Council to cha nge and modify the proceedi ngs
under Resolution of Intention No. 3176 adopted on Dec ember 14,
1959; and
WHE REAS, per so ns interested appeared or filed written p rotests
aga inst said proceedin gs or an y pa rt thereof a nd all perso ns desir-
ing to be heard were given an opportunity to be he ard, and all
matters an d thin gs pertainin g to said chan ges and modific atio ns
w ere fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and o bjections be, an d they a re hereby,
overruled.
2. The changes and mo difications in the proceedin gs under
said Resolution of Intentio n be made an d ha d, a ll as more particu-
larly described and let forth in said Resolution No. 3192 adopted
Febru ary 8, 1960.
