A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3166, A
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR I3SUANCE OF BONDS,
SECOND DIVISION., OALIPORNIA ACWORVIaMWRICT
OFF STREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 55-5.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Ca lifor nia, that the Resolution cited in the title adopted
by this Cou ncil on November 23, 1959, is am ended as follows:
1. Su bstitute the words "supplemental issue" in
place of.the wo rds."3ecand..rivieion" in the follo wing pl ace s
in the said Resolu tion:

(c)
The Title;
The caption of the bond form in Section 4;
The Title of Resolution No. 3166 as said title
a ppea rs towards the end of the third paragraph of the
bond form in Section 4.
2. Add the words "supplementa l issu e" at the end of
each of the coupon forms set forth in Section 6.
