RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU NCIL OF THE CI TY OF PALO ALTO
ADOPTING AND AP ?RO VI NG THE M ASTER AGRE EM ENT FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS AL LOCATED UN DER S ECTIO N 2107.5
OF THE STREETS AND HI GHWAYS CODE
WHERE AS, a mast er agr eement has b een presented to be
enter ed in to with the State of C alif orni a f or exp enditu re of th e
engineer ing allo ca tion in the City of Palo Alto, and;
WHERE AS, the City Council has heard read said agreem ent
in full and is familiar with the co ntents there of;
THERE FORE, be it resolved by the City Co uncil of the City of
Palo Alto tha t sa id master a gr eement be and it is h er eby adopted to
co ve r the budgeting of proposed ex2e nditures of the engine ering all oc ation
to cities, a nd sa id a greement be and the same is hereby appro ved and
the mayo r an d the city clerk a re directed to :Jign the sa me on beh alf of
s aid city, sa id a greeme nt to be binding upo n the city upo n its execution
by the a uthorized officia ls of the State.
