tha t the City Engineer prepa re a nd file with th e City Cl erk the
follo wing engineering docume nts relating to the acquisitio n and
improvemen t of Birch Street desc ribed in Resolution No. 3181 ,
A Resolution of Pr eliminary Determin ation, ad opted by this Co uncil
on December 28, 1959, to -w it:
1. Plans an d specifica tions for imp roveme nts.
2. Map or pla t of la nds or impr ovements necessa ry or
con venient to be taken for su ch pro posed imp rovements.
3. Engin eer's estima te of item ized and total cost of said
acquisitions an d impr ovements.
4. Ma p show in g boundar y lire of the proposed ass essment
district.
